About this condo

Unit 1513 is a 1,400 square foot top-floor condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores, Florida, between St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Two king bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, and living and dining areas give a family or two couples plenty of room. The living room has an electric fireplace, powered recliners, a leather sofa and a smart TV.

Step onto the private balcony for coffee, dolphin spotting and some of the best sunsets on the Gulf Coast. Downstairs, the heated pool, spa, sun deck, outdoor dining and grills are shared with the other guests of the building, and the beach is right there.

Rentals run Saturday to Saturday with a seven-night minimum. Because you book directly with the owner, you will hear back from Martin himself.
