Rates and how booking works
Nightly rates start at $270. Stays run Saturday to Saturday all year with a seven-night minimum. Each stay adds a $175 cleaning fee, a $100 damage insurance fee and 13% Florida sales tax.
A $500 per week deposit secures your reservation and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Book inside 30 days of arrival and the full amount is due at booking. Cancel 30 or more days out and you get a 100% refund minus a $100 admin fee. See the full rates and policies.
Monthly and winter stays
Want more than a week? We accept stays of four or more consecutive weeks. Monthly guests get the same condo, pool and beach access; the only difference is the length of stay. Send an inquiry with your dates and Martin will put together a quote.
Stays still run Saturday to Saturday, so a four-week stay is 28 nights.
